Experienced Sub-Contractor Leading-Hand Carpenter needed for growing Northern Beaches Building Company
We?re looking for an experienced Leading-Hand Carpenter to join our Smith & Sons Dee Why team. We are professional, local builders who specialise in quality home renovations. We love renovating, and that passion is the key that drives us and tradespeople to deliver a fantastic result that our clients will be proud of. A successful applicant will have: Carpentry Licence or higher; Minimum of 5 years? experience in residential building, preferably renovations and extensions; Minimum of 2 years? experience as a Leading-Hand Carpenter; Own tools; Own transport; Ability to work independently; Ability to organise and coordinate multiple trades, materials and jobs; Initiative and complex problem solving skills; Friendly and professional mannerisms for managing clients on site.
