The flat has everything you need. Fully furnished, laundry, kitchen, your own space in the fridge and cupboard. Furthermore, you will live in a friendly and quiet environment. All bills are included. (Electricity, Unlimited Internet).
We are a couple who are respectful of people's space and belongings. We keep the place pretty tidy. Should only cook vegeterian food, if you plan to use the kitchen. We are ok if you want to get something from out and eat it at home.
The rent is $160 per week for single person. Bond is 2 weeks rent, with 2 weeks rent upfront. Rent thereafter is weekly.
